HOW TO REACH YOUR POTENTIAL AS A YOGA TEACHER
The biggest challenge as a teacher is to find balance in your classes – offering a practice that is both inclusive and accessible to all individuals as well as offering the challenges that lead to the expansion and evolution.
The role of a teacher is not to command, but to guide students along a path that allows them to make discoveries about themselves (in mind, body – or both). Through these discoveries they can begin to feel connected, not only to each other and the greater community, but to themselves. The desire for connection, both internal and external, is our greatest human need. As yoga teachers we have a very important role in facilitating this.
WHAT IS IT LIKE TO COMPLETE A YTT WITH Stefan Camilleri Yoga?
This training is limited to just 18 practitioners – You will meet and connect with every one of your colleagues and teachers, learn their names, their stories and experience the most transformative 3 weeks possible. The focus is on small numbers and quality graduates who infuse knowledge, confidence, and their own unique personality throughout their classes.
You will learn Alignment Based Vinyasa that utilises the latest science and information based on the traditions of classical yoga.
The modern approach allows you to take your practice to the next level whilst ensuring the safety of your students through a deep understanding of alignment and pose modifications.
You will explore postural ideas from both modern and classical Iyengar Yoga, giving the body an opportunity to realign and adjust into advanced alignment.
As a result, you will begin to feel and look different as you express your body’s full potential.
The training focuses on 3 main areas:
Yoga Bliss Home, Lembogan
The setting was chosen to best align with the principles of yoga and to help you learn effortlessly. Nusa Lembongan is an idyllic tropical island with all the amenities you need, edged by beautiful beaches boasting amazing surf.
Yoga Bliss is relaxing, beautiful, quiet, and genuinely comfortable.
Your, beautiful (air conditioned!) room with poolside views will be shared with one other student, (if you choose). You’ll have your own bed (of course!) and space within.
The breakfast is included, offering an assortment of fruit, juice and tea after practice each morning. For lunch and dinner there is vegetarian local and international food available here as well as a great selection of local and international food just a few minutes’ walk down the road. The students and teachers are often eat as a group, while having the option to take time to ourselves if needed.
It’s so nice here – you will feel the holiday vibes between classes. The entire can’t wait to welcome you to your luscious home away from home.

Sara’s journey started with 14 years as a competitive gymnast before a serious injury shifted her focus to yoga. She first used yoga to heal and strengthen, but has found after more than 10 years of practice and teaching that yoga has given her much more.
Sara blends old and new with an anatomical focus combined with more classical Hatha Yoga traditions. She works intimately with the breath and finds subtle adjustments through detailed cuing. Having worked with many different teachers Sara is able to share a rounded perspective.
