Highlights
Location
High Groves is a world class private country estate, as well as a stunning agricultural and wildlife preserve located in Peloponnese, Greece. High Groves sits on the mountains above the magical village of Ancient Epidavros.
‘Epidavros’ means center of the aura and is a powerful energetic location with a deep and rich history in healing and is the perfect place to go deeper in your practice. Nearby is the Sanctuary of Asklepios, the God of Medicine in Greek Mythology; an archeological site which once was a thriving integrative medical center.
High Groves is the perfect haven for your training because of its natural beauty, privacy, and contemplative atmosphere. This magnificent retreat center is an active horse farm, vineyard, and agricultural estate, set amidst a private forest, all just 15 minutes from the local beaches.
During down time, sit on the terrace and watch nature or have a refreshing swim in the pool. On the property also resides a 2500 year-old olive tree that whispers wisdom if you are patient enough to listen.

Molly was introduced to yoga in 1993 in Tucson, Arizona while on a journey to keep herself healthy as a dancer. Although incoming from a dance background, she connected immediately with the asana practice, Molly found herself intensely inspired to learn more about yogic philosophy.
Teaching methods
Teachers come from different lineages of Hatha yoga, providing different perspectives on the wisdoms and teachings of yoga. In this way, students develop the ability to see the same situation from many different perspectives, fostering a deep curiosity for the exploration of yoga and life.
This is a good foundation for intelligent and creative investigation. The exploration of the traditional practice is done in a way that honors the pure tradition, but also elicits an investigation that makes the practice relevant and realistic in modern world. Students in the 300-hour course will also have the opportunity to study with several guest faculty members.
Healing Modalities
Healing modalities and healing touch are taught to familiarize students with the physical body. In this way, students become more educated in their own healing processes, as well as being able to facilitate more knowledgeably for others. On free days, Three Treasures Yoga will do their best to have therapists available for appointments for those students that would like to experience massage and other healing modalities.
On the free days, Three Treasures Yoga will guide you to visit these amazing world famous archeological sites. Epidavros has the biggest best preserved ancient theater with the best acoustic ever. Must be seen!
How to get there
Participants will need to arrive to Athens International Airport. From there, 2 group transfer times on arrival day to High Groves will be offered, or students can find their own way by train & taxi.
