Instructors
Tarun is a Holistic Health Coach, Naturopath, and Yoga Teacher from India. From the earliest of years he found himself fascinated with the healthy & natural life. This love and passion for all things to do with health led to a degree in Doctor of Yoga & naturopathy and Yoga Teacher Training from Bihar School of Yoga, Vedanta Study from Swami Sivananda Ashram-Rishikesh, Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga- Delhi. He also did courses as NLP (neuro linguistic programming), EFT (emotional freedom technique) & Landmark for deep understanding of Mind and its functions. He has done Marm Chikitsa (Vital points of body) to activate energy system of body & mind. He worked as Wealth manager in Multinational bank, before studying yoga & healthy lifestyle and then starting his health, happiness & wellness venture. Tarun strives to inspire as many people as possible by sharing his experiences and insights on how to live a better life. He loves to learn and share new things, teach, and empower others to overcome personal obstacles to bring about positive change.
Location
The area is famous for its trekking tours that are a wonderful way to explore the mountains. Motorbikes can be hired and there are many beautiful roads leading through small villages and towards the incredible views around Triyund, right at the snow line, as well as places such as Dharmakot and Bhagsu-Nag. There is a rich cultural life in the area with some lovely temples dating from the early medieval period.
Nearby is McLeod Ganj, a former British hill station and now famous for the Tibetan Government in exile and the palace of the Dalai Lama. There has been a strong Tibetan Buddhist presence in these mountains for several decades, which complements the peaceful meditative atmosphere.
Among other well-known meditation centers in the region are the Karmapa’s Norbuglinka monastery, the Vipassana center, and Tushita meditation center. All these areas are replete with traditional Buddhist temples, rich Tibetan art and larger than life Buddha statues.
The Chinmaya Mission Ashram called Tapovan is also located nearby. The prayers that are held in the evenings in His Samadhi have a strong meditative energy with Sanskrit-chanting coupled with a marvelous view of the mountains.
About 80 Kms or 49.6 Miles away, lies Bir Valley, one of the most beautiful regions of Kangra and a world-famous destination for paragliding.
Accommodation
A home away from home, an experience like no other, nestled in the rustic lush greens of the village. Thankfully it is one of those villages that is still stuck in time, and nobody intends to change that characteristic feature of this tranquil haven.

By plane
Please book your flight to arrive at Kangra Airport. (DHM). From there, Saptrashmi Yoga can assist you to arrange taxi pick up or you can take to Sidhbari village, which is about 15 kilometers from Dharmshala Airport
By Bus
Please book your tickets to Dharmshala, there are regular night buses from Delhi ISBT. The overnight journey is about 10 hours. From there, you can hire a taxi or local buses to arrive at the Sidhbari village, which is about 15 kilometers from Dharmshala Bus Station or Saptrashmi Yoga can arrange a taxi pick up.
